Any misrepresentation may result in removal from consideration for opportunities.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding candidate information.
- Notify Black Owl Recruiting of hiring decisions involving referred candidates.
5. Confidentiality
Both clients and candidates acknowledge that certain information shared through the recruiting process may be confidential.
Neither party may disclose confidential information obtained through Black Owl Recruiting without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Privacy
Black Owl Recruiting respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Information collected may be used for:
- Candidate evaluation and placement
- Client recruitment services
- Communication regarding opportunities
- Compliance and record-keeping purposes
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
7. No Employment Guarantee
Black Owl Recruiting acts solely as a recruiting and placement service.
We do not:
- Guarantee employment
- Guarantee interview opportunities
- Guarantee hiring decisions
- Guarantee compensation or benefits
All hiring decisions remain solely between the employer and candidate.
